Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to digital products sold on AIMind360, including premium AI report unlocks, export access, and career or HR-focused interpretation packages.

2. General Rule for Digital Products

Because paid content is delivered immediately and becomes usable right after payment, completed digital deliveries are generally non-refundable.

If you have already accessed unlocked content, used export functionality, or received the follow-up access link by email, the order is generally treated as delivered.

3. Situations Eligible for Review

You may contact us for manual review if there was a duplicate charge, a clear technical failure that prevented delivery, an accidental duplicate order caused by a system issue, or a material mismatch between displayed and charged pricing.

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase and should include the order email, purchase time, issue summary, and relevant screenshots where possible.

4. Situations Usually Not Eligible

Refunds are usually not granted for subjective dissatisfaction with the report style or results, a change of mind after purchase, completed use of unlocked content, or issues caused by the buyer's own device or network environment rather than a platform failure.

5. Review and Resolution

We review refund requests based on order records, delivery status, access status, and the issue described. If approved, refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider and issuing bank timelines.
